Mom had a little over half the quilting done on her Sunbonnet Sue quilt last year when she got sick.  I promised I would finish it for her, so took it home when I left her house last June.  I worked on it in Phoenix and even on the train while I traveled back this February.  During my stay with her, I managed to complete it!  It's cheerful, pretty and was a pleasure to work on for her.  We had fun choosing the binding together from fabric we found in her quilting cupboard.  She liked watching the progress every day and seemed very pleased to see her happy little quilt completed.
